I can't install itunes on my work laptop. But I need to be able to add videos to my ipod touch. Here is what i've done so far, but its a pain to do for every video I want to watch:

I installed Safari Download Plugin from iClarified. So I put a video on my webserver, and downloaded it onto my ipod. now it's in the /var/root/Downloads file. How can I play it???
(as a temporary solution, I installed mxtube and added a file to it's xml playlist so that i can play my downloaded video from mxtube, but that is way too much work. i would like to just download the video then open up an application to play it. or better yet, have it show up in the ipod's videos!)

Thanks!
