ok I done a DFU restore to 1.1.4 used latest iLiberty+ to Jailbreak but when I apply themes in summerboard nothing happens other than it resprings to slide to unlock screen and the theme does not change, I have retried iLiberty+ and still having the same issue.............. does anyone know a fix?

Themes currently download into
/private/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes
just copy the themes out of there and into
/private/var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes

There is also a fix in installer that does this. I do not know the name. Sorry.

When you launch sumerboard, does it say "active"?
Have you cycled power since you installed?

i probably sound like a broken record but, have you rebooted your computer yet? get back to us after you have tried that

HUH? what does rebooting your computer have to do with is? its the ipod that needs to be rebooted, also note, themes need to be in the right folder
/private/var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes

He is right, it has nothing to do with location. Even the themes that install with summerboard do not apply. Only a respring and then back to standard theme. I have BSD installed, firmware 1.1.4, and I have tried patch method, which works to get summerboard on the phone but does not help other issue.
