Bluetooth Mouse for Macbook Pro

I just got a Macbook Pro and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good wireless (bluetooth) mouse aside from the Mighty Mouse, maybe one known to work well with Macs.

I was looking at a Logictech Bluetooth mouse, but I've heard they've had some problems with Macs. (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000UY3NR8/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Any suggestions or shared experiences would be appreciated.

i just bought a white v470 and i havent come across any problems with it. i bought it from buy.com for ~$20 (had a $15 MIR).
i'd recommend this mouse.
 
I got a Mighty Mouse free with my MBP, i mean, i bought a MBP, 80GB iPod 5G and Bose SoundDock in a go so they refused to allow me to pay for Mighty Mouse... But its a brilliant mouse and never drops BT connection. Lightweight and portable..
 
I was thinking about the Microsoft Notebook 5000 bluetooth mouse because it has an additional button (compared to the Logitech V470) that can (only) be used for Spaces. Eventually, I think MS will stop being dumbasses and let us program that button to whatever we want. I think even Windows users are having trouble with that button.

Anyway, it's supposd to be a brilliant mouse, but then I found out about the Logitech VX Nano, and I asked myself "Why do I even need Bluetooth?" The receiver for this mouse is so small, I'm not even going to take it off my laptop. It's also a better mouse, and has a LOT of buttons for such a portable mouse. I can use them for Spaces, and hopefully Exposé and maybe another as a BACK button for Firefox.
 
I have he V270 BT mouse from Logitech for more than a year now. The mouse works perfectly, never lost connection, long battery life..... and it also comes with a nice pouch......... :)

Use steermouse (google it) to reprogram mouse keys anyway you like. I use it on my logitech mx1000 and it works great.

VX Nano is good too (have that one with laptop) it's a bit small so make sure you will comfortable with it... I don't see why every mouse doesn't have a usb receiver that small.
 
I've got the Kensington Si670m Bluetooth mouse. The first one I got had a sticking left mouse button. After calling Kensington, they shipped me a free replacement! This one works quite well and I have been happy with it so far.

i also have the logitech vx mouse. that mouse is awesome! i gave it to my girlfriend (upgraded from the logitech v450). i loved the programable buttons. the v470 was a downgrade for me, but i needed the extra usb port.

If you don't need Bluetooth the VX Nano is an AWESOME mouse! The receiver is sooooo tiny. I use this for my desktop but for my MacBook I use a BT MM because I don't want to use up a USB port.

If you don't mind the receiver and can spare a USB port get the Nano, it's an awesome mouse! Much better than the MM.
 
Don't worry guys, I already bought the VX Nano. ;)

I don't think I need the extra USB port. After all, I used a wired mouse on my MB and old PowerBooks. I have never had a wireless mouse, so I guess I already know what my USB requirements are. I definitely don't need 2 open USB ports.

This mouse is being mailed to me, hopefully by next Monday or Tuesday. Heck, there's a chance it may get to me by tomorrow, but that's wishful thinking. :(
 
I have the Microsoft 5000 - Works great, but takes a minute to kick in after boot - Don't know if that's the Mouse or the Bluetooth in general....

So, are you saying that you can use steermouse to reprogram buttons on any mouse? I want a BT portable with a back button. Since so many are made for Windows, I ruled out most of them. Is steermouse hard to install and program?
 
I have the Kensignton Slimblade and am pleased with it. I got it about a month ago to replace an apple: MM. The squeeze buttons on the sides of the MM were beginning to drive me nutz.
