Everywhere I look, I hear that people like using the DWL-122 for hacking WEPs with KisMAC. I'm watching one on eBay right now (very VERY good deal), but are there special "versions" of it that I have to look out for or anything? If so, is there a way I can flash the adapter if it is the incorrect version?

cant really answer your query, however I do have a DBT-122. Could you point in the direction for the resources you've found about cracking WEP, etc? This would be useful for site survey security checking, etc. PM me if you will..
