i just watched the aperture 2 tutorial on making a book. It mentions custom sizes, but it doesn't specify that you can order this size for printing or the cost for it. Does anyone know. Also has anyone bought these books recently? I would like to see what they look like, if someone can post pics. It's not super clear, how much customization there is, what they use for the cover, the color choices etc.
