First of all I have a Macbook Pro 2.4 ( 4 GB RAM ) with 256 MB.
The problem is weird and I tried to solve it so many times but it still there .. The system hanging and freeze every 3 second... (I will try to explain what happen as much I can) every thing including the mouse is dead every 3 sec .. and come alive for 3 sec !!!
This happens only with 10.5.2 !!
Last time I updated the system to 10.5.2 I tried to watch to CPU usage .. I noticed that it settle for few minutes then suddenly it raised up to 90% !! even the fans they settle at 19000 rpm and suddenly they become 40000 or 50000 sometimes !!!
Ive checked the RAM they are ok .. also Ive tried to repair & verify permeations Hard Disk is ok !!! even from leopard DVD (Disk Utility First Aid) finally, I tried to install & Archive .. but no change !!
The another weird thing is 10.5.1 works fine and smooth .. ( but u know that some programs & applications need 10.5.2 to be installed such as Safari 3.1 and Airport & Time Machine update)
Would you please help me to solve this problem?
Best regards,
