help - my iphone confused on firmware?

Here's the deal...I restored to 1.1.4 and JB via Ziphone. I went in to do the 1.1.4 patch in order to get customized. SB works but customized does not. While in the process my phone said I was on 1.1.3 and now it says 1.1.4?! Also, SMS, Maps and Calendar apps crash upon launch.

Any suggestions? I've tried to search and didn't find anything.
