With Transmit, is it possible to run multiple sessions at once? I want to download multiple things that are on different servers.

Yes. You can have multiple connection windows open, each one logged into a different server.

Or even in different tabs in one window...

Just be careful about transferring stuff™ directly from one server to another, that has never really worked out greatly for me...
