Downvote his video. ;) Who's dumb enough to think that anyone-even Apple-could (would) put eight speakers in a laptop?

Unless this is some new marketing ploy to attract pseudosurround sound enthusiasts?

My money's on the second one.

As far as I know, it also doesn't have Bluetooth 3.0, for the simple reason that such a thing does not exist.
Also,
"Dual Nvidia GeForce 8600M GTs w/ 512 VRAM Each"
really? No wonder the battery life is stated as 3,5 hrs.

This is one 'built to order' MacBook Pro! ;)

Why does a 14 year old kid need a $3000 laptop?!?! "I need a lot of space for movies and pictures" right, and I'm sure the long division he does at school really tests the power of his "3GHz processor".

You think somebody could have been playing a cruel joke on this kid and gave him a bogus list of features to read? Honestly, it felt like he was just looking off a cue card or something. I just feel bad for those suckers that actually believe the crap that's spewing from his mouth... (btw, stopped watching after the 3 min mark cuz it was just too painful to continue)

Haha, the kid disabled comments for his video so people couldn't point out the stuff he was trying to make up.

It's a pretty back review.

Uh the computer isn't 3.0Ghz, it has 4 speakers and a subwoofer, the optical out supports only 5.1 surround. Also the it's an expresscard not a pci express slot. Can't believe this **** is reviewing his computer.

Excuse me? Well, I just turned 15 from 14, and I have a relatively large amount of stuff, 20gb of movie projects, 7gb of photos, a rapidly growing music and video library(15.6gb). I have 67GB used up now (other stuff too). He may be doing FCE, why the hell not? I knew how to use it when I was 14, and NEEDED it. Anyway, my point, age doesn't matter its need, in this situation, he needed a desktop replacement, maybe it was his parents who opted for the 17". Everyone has their own needs, and everyone has the god damn right to dream ahead of what they will do with it, so customize it to their desire.

Nah, I think YouTube was down for a bit.

Your a kid; the only things you NEED are food, sleep, activity, and an education.

see my sig for my computers.

I'm 17. Produce movies for my school and run presentations all the time. Also own a production company and manage the online store and website for my dad's stores. And I payed my cash at the Apple store for both Macbook Pro's in my sig. Well...cash for the .33...the other one was obviously a custom order...but still picked up at the Apple Store.
