Keyboard malfunction

I cannot type b,d and l in my new Air. Instead I can type them in capital letters. Extrange enough.
I've tried changing keyboards in System Preferences/International like Spanish, Canadian English, Czech, etc. It keeps not typing b, d and l.
Am I the first to suffer this ridiculous problem?
