Permission Fix?

I recently jailbroke my 1.1.4 iPhone.

Now (as in a previous thread) I can't even launch the mail application. And also whenever I write a new note (Or even addon to an existing note) or take a new picture - nothing saves. Is this a permission error that I can fix with something found in installer?

I've tried restoring atleast twice and my phone still has the same resluts
