Need find driver for GeForce 8600m GT

Where I can find latest driver for 8600m GT from MBP? I need it to improve the performance for The Sims 2, it runs like very alittle choppier on other side.

I'm using Vista with SP1, need help and looking for install latest driver, I did checked on GeForce website and nothing to load it, also need help to how install it.
