Best way to mix 4x1GB and 4x2GB? (Early 2008)

I have 4x2GB at the moment, and the original 2x1GB. If I purchase 2 more 1GB simms from Crucial, what is the best sequence to install them in?

Personally, I would do it this way...

Riser A
1. 2GB
2. 2GB
3. 1GB
4. 1GB

Riser B
1. 2GB
2. 2GB
3. 1GB
4. 1GB

That's what I've done on my MP and it functions perfectly.

Go for 2 X 2GB while you're there...

there's a chart for MacPro memory configuration (hopefully it's included). Everyone's in agreement with the chart.

I'm not!

The 15GB configuration is invalid.

There's a missing 10GB configuration too: 6x1GB + 2x2GB.
