I forget the version number, but it's about 20MB and it's fixes problems dealing with large documents.

ON EDIT: I think it's version 4.0.3

It is 4.0.3 and it was 21.7 MB. Very nice and fast. Downloaded and installed by the time I wrote this.

I saw this thread and immediately clicked Software Update, which promptly told me that there was nothing to update. I opened up Keynote which promptly told me about the update. I clicked "Open Software Update" and it loaded and promptly told me that there was nothing to update...

Am I missing something here?

what version of keynote do you have installed now.

well then you are behind, the latest version is 4.0.3.

I know. I'm just wondering why it doesn't show up in Software Update when Keynote knows it's out there.

Thanks for the link, I just used that.

Edit: It said "An eligible Keynote application was not found in the folder /Applications." What's that supposed to mean (it's there)?

Did you move it out of the folder it should be in /Applications/iWork '08/

Thanks! I was having this issue. Mine was under /Applications/Editors/iWork '09 (I group all similar apps together) and I moved the entire folder to /Applications and it then installed perfectly :)

Edit: haha, i did not know the thread was years old  I did a search in google for 'an eligible keynote' and it brought me here :p Apologies :)
