Cannot download SDK

This is driving me nuts. I cannot download the iPhone SDK.

I have clicked on the link to download the SDK and have gone through the process to get the activation email. I have clicked on the button to "Download Free SDK" from the email and have logged into the iPhone Dev Center. Each time I go through that process, though, I am greeted with a Dev Center page full of grayed out links that I cannot click on.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
 
I am also having the exact same problem and I have tried to download it 5 times. I haven't been able to get it to work.
