iPod touch 1.2 Firmware Question

I just used the dev team's pwned application to install the 2.0 software onto my 32gb iPod touch. The only problem I'm having right now is that the iTunes store and the App store icons don't show up on my home screen. Are they supposed to be missing? Or is there some way to make them show up? Thanks.

Try going to settings and look for parental control. Switch the 2 opposite to what they r. Oh and btw, how the hell did u got ur hands on iPod Touch Firmware 2.0/1.2.0??????

And if u have a copy of the windows version of ipwnage please put it in a email as an attatchment to me as well as the iPod1,1_1.2/iPod1,1_2.0 ipsw file

I have tried switching the parental controls already but nothing happened. The parental controls were off in default.

I don't think I'm allowed to post/send where I got the 2.0 firmware but if you search a little you'll find it. I used the Mac version of the pwning application that was just released by the dev-team.
 
I guess they havent implemented it yet, can u send me the firmware in an email then? thnx n i will try to help if i can, but that's only if u can help me by givin me the FW
 
It's against forum rules to discuss illegal software downloads, not to mention exchange illegitimate files...

Additionally, the firmware is not released to be fully functional... It was released for developers to test software with. Therefore, one who gets this firmware legally wouldn't really be too concerned with the iTunes store or the App Store (which doesn't even exist, yet) as neither has anything to do with developing iPhone apps.

stop breaking the rules :p and use google instead thats how I found the firmware I'm now just waiting for the windows pwnage to be released and I'm set :D
