how to scroll icons in iphone

hii,
i am unable to scroll the iphone menu, i have more than 16 icons in menu and i am unable to see installer so plz help me to solve that..
 
well, on an old version of the phone, you should have installed summerboard
theres no need for it on newer ones

only option afaik is to SSH onto the iphone and install summerboard
