iPhoto and Book (adding more photos)

I am a new MAC users and some things are still hard for me
iPhoto '08

I created an album "Test" with 50 photos and then I went to make a Book. Great I am 90% done with the book but I think I could use 20 more new photos in it. When I choose to drop 20 new photos into my album "Test", they are there but they do not show up under Book photos. Do I have to restart the book from scratch now?
