Tivo as Airport USB Disk?

What is the best way to get shows from my Tivo to my Mac? Do I need to plug in a USB to the Tivo or can it go through ethernet? Also, I have an iMac and MacBook - is there some way (Automator?) to pull all TV shows that are on the Tivo and have them ripped to either my network drive or a folder on my iMac?

What would you do?

- Slingbox AV
- AirPort Extreme Base Station
- Roxio Popcorn
- SnapzPro
- 250 GB HD
