Just testing out my spanking new iMac 24" refurb and Time Capsule, both of which came in yesterday. Testing wireless connection by going to a known slow-loader in my previous system: Apple store and Apple account. The store is down! Hope it brings goodies to answer all your dreams!
For my part, I couldn't be more thrilled with this refurb. I don't even wish I waited for the rumored iMac update. This one's utterly flawless. No extra previous-party goodies, but flawless all the same. And Time Capsule set up with no problems whatsoever and is doing its quiet thing over there on the other side of the room. Advice for TC: read the instructions, follow to the letter (plug in all peripherals before plugging into power), and it should be a snap. I turned off Airport and used ethernet for my first backup. No hitches. All has been fast and easy and utterly Appley. (So far.)
