Since this is my first post, i guess an introduction is in order. Im a long time reader, and long time apple user. I basically check this site every 3 hrs on study breaks--i'm a full time student. seriously... thank you for sating my apple needs on a daily (some times hourly) basis.
Soo.. on to my question... Has anyone resold your used iphone? I wanna put mine up for auction, but i have some concerns and I'm not sure how to get them answered by apple without a discerning eye.
how do i deregister the phone? Basically I dont want the engraved serial number to point to me if the new owner does legally reprehensible things with the phone (get your mind out the gutter
). I know that ziphone does a good wipe of personal data on the phone for resale, but im concerned with the apple registration.
are there other issues i should be worried about?
