I have a .mac account, so have an idisk...

I also have third party web hosting... with 300GB of online storage.

Is there anyway to create a drive in the finder that automatically maps to that 300GB of online storage. Exactly the same way as the iDisk does.
 
Yes there is.

In the Finder, click on Go in the Menu Bar and select "Connect to Server." You can also use CMD-K as a keyboard shortcut. That opens a window where you can enter the address of the remote server. There are different ways to connect to the drives including webdav, smb, afp, etc and depending on how your server is set up, you may need to type something slightly different in the address bar. If you contact your provider, they should be able to tell you what connection is available. Once you have that, the Finder will connect and ask you for a password if necessary.
