Need ProTools Help FAST!!

I'm working on a sound project for class and using ProTools LE on the school's computer. Every time I try to play or bounce my project I get this message:

"Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/vbpc/AlturaPorts/PT4_App/Mdie/MacBuild/../Mdie_TrackPlayer.cpp", line 518

I have NO CLUE what this means and my project is due tomorrow!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
