I somehow managed to erase all my contacts while synching my iPhone today. It didn't erase my music or my videos just my contacts! My question is does the computer somehow store the old address book data? If so how can I retrieve it?

Any help is appreciated!

im not sure but if you have leopard time machine may be the answer!


the way to do it is

open address book!

open time machine

scroll back to a date that had your contacts

click restore all
