itune skins

I have just downloaded a software called NG BLUE skin for itunes. The instruction were to drop the file in to the itunes folder. For some unknown reason I can not find the itunes program folder on my MacBook Pro (leopard operating system). Does anyone else know of this program or how to use it?...or know of any other skin programs that can transform that horrid sterile looking itunes look?.
