One of the problems I had with the default layout of the toolbar was that the "send" button is immediately below the red "close" button. Sometimes when in a hurry and using Mighty Mouse I had accidently pressed "send" instead of "close", with embarrassing results.
I got rid of MM and moved the "send" button to the far right, and put the "save draft" button in its place to avoid this situation.
I wonder if other people have had problems like this and found good toolbar layouts?
