i found this app (mac os x) that according to the website, helps create tutorials easily.
it organizes screenshots and if i recall creates flash movies of the tutorial.
there is a pro and a "free"(?) version.
unfortunately, i don't remember the name or i don't remember where i wrote the url.
maybe you guys have heard of this... please help.
