I was at the Adelaide Zoo a couple of years ago now and manged to snap this shot of a female lion trying to get the attention of the male lion who didnt seem to pleased and let it be known:

As a bit of a sad note the male lion pictured died about a year or so later from a twisted spleen. He is only now just being replaced.
