Hi, I am having MacBook Pro. When I am starting my Macbook, initially it will be silent without making any noise. After using it for some time (just for 5 minutes) it starts making sound something similar to fan inside a normal computer. Is it due to heat produced inside my Mac book or due to some other reason. Will it create any problem in future?

No problems...its just like a car, its meant to warm up within certain limits. If you're curious as to the temperatures of the various components, I suggest Temperature Monitor (freeware).
