Which is the best night for Stand-up comedy in the UK?

Hi

I'm going to my first stand-up show in October (Steve Coogan) and was wondering, which night is generally the best option out of 3?

The first (Monday), second (Tuesday), or third (Wednesday)? I'm getting different arguments from various family members saying that first night is the best because the comedy is uncensored and unfiltered and the last night is the best because the comedy is refined and more perfected - any ideas?

Booking tomorrow at 9.30 am so quick-ish responses are greatly appreciated? Thanks everyone :)

I think you misunderstood the original post, applemax is going to see Steve Coogan, he's on for 3 nights, which would be the best night to go :)

applemax isn't on stage? Steve Coogan is ;)

Exactly - I'd be rubbish at standup :D So - First night then? One more :D Stalls or circle?
