Can't install Adobe Photoshop CS3 Trial on Leapard

I have a new Macbook Pro, with Leopard, but I can't seem to get the trial to install. I downloaded the .dmg file from Adobe's website multiple times now, and it is successful installing the Shared Components, but fails on Photoshop itself.

Anyone else have this problem? I'm not sure how to resolve the problem.
