keyedobjects.nib popped up in apps folder. What is it?

what is it and can i delete it?

I've just downloaded MetaX to tag my iTunes stuff and when I went to place it in my apps folder I noticed a keyedobjects.nib file in my apps folder.

It wasn't there earlier and it definitely was not there yesterday. Is it part of MetaX? Can I delete it? What the hell is it?

EDIT: Says it was created and modified in Sept 07 ???
