Syncing movie to Iphone on another computer

I have set my phone to sync on my home mac (without the drag and drop), now im at work and going to Italy tonight. I have a film i want to put on the iphone and it says if i sync the movie it will delete my previously synced data (ie wipe usual data on the phone). So would like to know is there anyway i can get it on my phone though itunes here at work?

(it is an standard UK 1.14 iphone).

thanks alot as I cannot go home before going away tonight.
