Afternoon everyone.
I see I'm not alone in having mysterious Unix Executable Files showing up in Finder. I was reorganising my photos yesterday and a bunch of them magically
confused
appeared in one particular sub folder. Not sure if this was wise but I eventually deleted them (they were locked initially).
So today I went back to the same photo sub folder and there are dozens more of them - all size 560 KB and all dated July 25, 2004 (I only bought my iMac a few months ago).
They have names like:
34D9316D-52DB-4A0A-87E5-498319A4594F-794-000030CD798D272C.
Does any one have any idea what on earth these are? Is it safe to delete them - and how do I stop them coming back?
Thanks.
