Hi!
Is there any file I can remove so I can "upgrade" my 10.5.2 to 10.5.1 without removing my files?

Your best bet is to perform an "archive and install" from your installation disc.

It won't be 100% perfect, but it will cause the least headaches and be the fastest way to get down to 10.5.1.

I tried that but it said I had to install a newer version, not an older one.

You need to make sure you're doing an archive and install.

There are three install options:

Erase and Install

Archive and Install

Upgrade

The first will wipe out your data. The last will give you the error message you mention. The middle one is just right.
