iPod touch Installer Problem

Hey, I have a 16GB 1.1.4 jailbroken iPod touch which was done using ZiPhone. I used Installer to install application on there but now, every time i try to install an app, it sends me back to the home screen. I personally think that it's because I have no space on one partition of my iPod. Because, when it appears in the finder on my Mac, it has 2 folders. iPhone Root FileSystem and Root's Home. iPhone Root FileSystem has zero KB left and Root's Home has 3.45 GB left. This is just my opinion. Can someone help me? Thx
