One of our Macs at work has just had a reformat and reinstall done. It's now running Safari 3.1, and for some reason, when I click on streaming RealAudio files (which I do a lot - there's a music auditioning site we use all the time), the .ram files now download and sit on the desktop, meaning you have to double-click on the .ram file to make it open and play in RealPlayer.

Previously, clicking on a link to a streaming audio file meant that it opened automatically in RealPlayer - which is what we want to happen. Any ideas why this has changed and what can be done about it?

When you do a "Get Info" on the .ram files on the desktop, they're all set to open with RealPlayer, so that's OK. Any way we can force them to open automatically? FWIW, the "open safe files automatically" option in Safari Preferences is definitely set to "yes".
