Slow Time Machine Back Up

Hi again.

I'm having a problem with my Time Machine back up. It's really slow all of a sudden. When it was preparing my backup it takes almost forever and when it's ready and backs up about 700MBs, it's just as long. I don't have an antivirus software on so I don't know why it's slow.

Can anyone help me with this? It's much appreciated. :) Thanks!
