hide the name of drive from desktop?

Not exactly, but you can accomplish the same thing.
In the Finder View Options, deselect Hard Drives. You should see all three hard drives disappear from your desktop.
Next navigate to the root directory in the Finder, where you will see the three hard drives. Create aliases to them and place the aliases on your desktop.
You can now change the name of the aliases to anything you want.
