Please help! Camera not functioning...

I have a Santa Rosa MacBook (white) and when I tried to open Photo Booth today, I got a little white camera with an "X" over it, and I couldn't take an pictures or videos.

I've taken plenty of pictures and videos before. Can anyone help me out? Why is this happening? Thanks.
