Greetings =)

I am able to drag and drop text documents and photos through VMWare, but not Mp3's......

I created a folder in Finder and copied tracks to it from iTunes.
Then I dragged said folder to "My music" or "desktop" in Windows XP.

VMWare tries (1.1), but then says it can't create a directory on the virtual machine....

PLease Help!

I am using A Macbook Pro with Leopard 10.5.2

That's odd behavior.

Try zipping the directory in question, to turn it into a single file.

Also, you can pull files in via "Shared Folders".

Lastly, would recommend asking these kind of questions on the Fusion help forums: vmware.com/go/fusionforums

Lots of smart users and engineers on there.

I find that you can copy MP3's but not folders containing them. Haven't done too much investigation on this point but you might be able to use the Fusion shared folder or zip the folders up to achieve this.

so, I restarted my mac after a night's rest and whattya know?

I can drag and drop mp3's now!
