Avatars not updating

I uploaded a new avatar yesterday afternoon (early afternoon) and it's showing fine in my profile page, but the main avatar used in the forums hasn't been updated yet. Usually it's updated within a few hours max. Also I noticed this happening for Sayer too. Any ideas?
 
Knox handles that for the site, you might want to PM him and let him know.
 
Restarted the update script, appears to be updating now.
