Iphone Sync'ing with a new itunes account?

Hello,

I just bought an 8Gb unlocked Iphone which is sync'ed to another account, when I pluged it into Itunes I got this message which usually I would not worry about, however since it is a Unlocked Iphone will sync'ing it to my computer itunes library re-lock the phone? I have Itunes 7.6.2.9, and running 1.1.4.
