HELP, my Mac Pro won´t turn on

I have a 2 week old MP and have had 4 incidents in that periode were I just get a grey screen when trying to turn it on. I have to try up to 6 times to start it.
It always turn in the end (so far)
We are in the middle of editing the 2. out of 4 30min TV programs so I can´t afford to send it back, nor can i afford it not to start up one day.

Also, when I put it to sleep over night it has usually shut down when I arrive in the morning.

We run FCP on it and have installed 2 internal HDs, Seagate Barrracudas.

Any idea of what causes this?
Any solutions?
 
I would give them (Apple) a call and see what they suggest. They may offer something onsite for this situation, only 2 weeks old, and in the middle of important work. Question the supposed 'world class support'.

It's possibly memory that is failing POST (Power On Self Test), however I'm new to diagnostics on macs. Hopefully someone else can help you further. Best of luck.
