stolen computer: any way to get contacts and calendar onto my new MacBook?

My Powerbook G4 was stolen last week; purchased the snazzy new black MacBook & am able to recover iTunes & Photos off of my iPod, but cannot seem to figure out how to get my iCal & Contacts onto the new machine.

Couple of 'problematicisms' -
1) old computer ran off of Tiger (not Leopard like the new MacBook)
2) iPod is 60 gig VIDEO
3) iPod is not 'recognized' by new MacBook - to do so would erase valuable contacts/calendar information

Any help will be appreciated!

Just curious if you are a member of .Mac? If so then you can dl them from there if you synch with it.

Yes... my contacts finally worked out about 1.5 hours ago; however, no luck on the calendars... they are on my iPod, but cant even see them on my .mac - so may not be able to sync from there
