Hello all,

I've been getting a message from iTunes that tells me my iPod is connected via USB 1.1, and I should use 2.0 for transfers. It's been different iPod 5Gs, and a new 2G Shuffle. I've gotten the error since the 10.4 days.

Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot of the error message; I told iTunes to not display that error again with the checkbox option. I could try to recreate it by temporarily moving my iTunes preference plist files, but I'd like to see what people think first.

I use a PowerMac G5, dual 1.8s, 3 GB RAM. I've tried switching USB ports, cords, iPods, and will get the message on any of the combinations.

I've done a forums and Google search, and can't find any other folks that have this problem. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot!
