Wondering if anyone out there has suggestions on a problem I am experiencing with my airport network.

The set up is as follows:
- Time Warner Cable with Touchstone Telephony Modem
- Airport Extreme N
- 2 Airport Expresses (older ones)

Started seeing slowness when using the Internet. Did a bunch of speed tests and the download speeds vary from 500kbs - just under 10000kbs. It averages just under 5000kbs but usually fluctuates at around 1500kbs. The upload speeds are always consistent at 900kbs.

When I hook up directly to the cable modem it does a consistent 9000kbs! I did a bunch of tests including seeing the SNR to the Touchstone and it is very steady. Tried a bunch of different cables with no improvements. Reloaded the firmware on the AE with no improvement.

Any suggestions would be great!

After doing more troubleshooting determined a problem with the Airport Extreme. I hooked an Airport Express and now the connection is nice and fast again. Going to call Apple to see if they can fix my Airport Extreme.
