external hard drive after hard drive replacement

i recently installed a new hard drive in my macbook pro anyway the old hard drive also had a bootcamp partition...i have an external case for the old hard drive i just want to know how to copy the bootcamp partition onto a new bootcamp partition...when i try using winclone it gives me a resizing error
