Hi everyone. My names Stridder44, and I am addicted to coffee.

I admit it. I love the stuff. Anyone else?

Yes!

im addicted to coffee and have a long black every morning. never used to like the stuff but the caffeine hit drew me in and then i started to appreciate the stuff.

im about to have one now with Gloria Jeans coffee in my Moka pot.

ditto.

and after finally figuring out how to make good, everyday coffee at home (with a french press and a coffee grinder) i am not spending $10+ a day on it either.

and i never, ever thought i would say this: but Starbucks Pike's Place roast is pretty dang good. been buying it whole bean for a week or so.

If there was a "Hell Yes" choice, I would have clicked it... Guess I have to settle with just plain ol' "yes"

I said yes but I really only drink it when I want something different other than ice tea and soda. Also when I am absolutely cold and have to warm up.

Yep, I too am addicted to that wonderful caffeine. In fact, I have a kitchen aid pro line coffee maker and grinder and a breville espresso machine. I still don't understand how Starbucks manages to justify $5 for a latte though...

One more for "Hell, Yes!!"

2, sometimes 3, mugs of home-brewed Columbian. Demerara-style sugar cubes and 1% moo.

PS: Nice AA Meeting opening. ;)

I am one of those rare people that live in Seattle but don't drink coffee.

This type of person exists?!?! :) I can't imagine living in the coffee capital of the US and not drinking coffee. Starbucks (the first one, no less) Torrefazione Italia, Seattle's Best, Tully's....

Mine's Starbucks Sumatra (very bold) cream no sugar, 1-2 cups in the morning :)

Mad it though most of college with out having a cup every day. Started working and now I am mostly useless until I had my first cup. To make it worse it is the crappy stuff we have a work but it is coffee (plus I load up on cream and sugar.)

 you must have drank the crap instant stuff and not got a proper caffeine hit.

I prefer the gentlemanly approach of tea.

And I don't even drink it that often. I don't want to be one of those people who have to have a coffee just to face the day.

I love the smell of coffee, but hate the taste. I don't drink it.

One thing I used to do when I worked at a coffee shop was take a small hot cup, fill it with whatever kind of coffee beans (whatever your favorite is; Vanilla nut, Winter blend, etc.) and put it in your car's backseat cupholder. Your car will smell like Jesus's farts, and yes, they smell amazing.

I love good coffee, if I am going to have it I have it black with no sugar or milk.

I love espresso, once in a revision session with my teacher and friends in school we all sat around in the classroom chatting, drinking espresso (from a machine that I brought in) and listening to jazz. I drank over 20 cups in a day (quite large espresso measures) which spawned the now notorious quote amongst my friends "I have no concept of moderation". See pic...

YES. I make a French pressed cup after breakfast every day--not to wake up (often I'm up for two or three hours before breakfast), but just because I enjoy it. I also like to make the espresso with my Moka pot.

I can't stand coffee. There is only one other taste in the world that I can stand even less and that's pineapple. Seriously, I don't get how anyone can like either. And what I really hate about coffee even more are the drinkers and how they think you're weird if you don't drink it. And what I hate about pineapple is how people put it on pizza.

I love the smell of coffee, but hate the taste. I don't drink it.

Oh my god the smell of it makes me nauseous. If I were to step inside a starbucks I'd probably puke.
