Help: MKV(x264) to AVI (XVID/DIVX)?

Does anyone have any suggestions on any program/s and/or tutorials on converting .MKV x264 to XVID or DIVX?
 
x264 is an h264 encoder. The video stored in your mkv will be h264 and probably encoded using x264.

The answer to your question is yes.
 
on last question, i havent tried to convert anything yet, but how do you set the output in visualhub to specific xvid or divx

i see there is output for avi or mpeg, and of course all other formats for the likes, but even in advanced for avi, i do not see anywhere to set the output to xvid or divx

any hints or suggestions
